Product introduction:

HB-9920H high-concentration finishing agent is a product made by compounding and emulsifying amino and block silicone oil. It is especially suitable for the soft and smooth finishing of chenille and three-in-one hank yarn. It is also suitable for core-spun yarn and imitation marten yarn. The finishing of a variety of blended yarns gives the finished yarn a soft, fluffy, waxy feel.

Reference process:

                HB-9920H immerse at 30-40 ℃ for 10-20min and dry

                Chenille skein: 1-2% (o.w.f)

Three-in-one island cotton yarn: 1-2% (o.w.f)

Core-spun yarn: 0.5-1.0% (o.w.f)

Mink-like yarn: 0.3-0.5% (o.w.f)

Precautions:

HB-9920H is a high-concentration product. It is recommended that customers use it after diluting it. Note that after opening the original packaging, if it is not used up, please pay attention to the packaging to avoid causing skin caking, which affects the use effect and use of the product. safety. When opening the thinner, add the material first, then add water, and stir while adding water. When using it in the same bath with other additives (fixing agent, antistatic agent, stiffening agent), a small test is required. It is not recommended to use the same bath with lye and anionic additives. It is recommended that customers use soft water or tap water. Water PH is neutral or weakly acidic.
