Job Responsibilities:

1. Have research background or experience in organic fluorine, silicon or textile auxiliaries, and can guide enterprises in the design and product development of innovative organic silicon / fluorine new products;

2. Lead and guide enterprises in the declaration of major projects at the national, provincial and ministerial levels, and give guidance and suggestions on the organization, writing and implementation of project declaration materials;
